Six: Packing is a job @ 7:32 PM
Isn't Taylor Lautner the cutest and most gorgeous thing on Earth? (After Justin Timberlake) YES!!!
Anyway, the last day of work wasn't all that enjoyable because I've been named "The Packer" whereby I stand next to the cashier and help load the customers' purchase into big plastic bags and zip them up with cables to ensure they don't steal. It was boring and tiring because there was absolutely no time for slacking. ):
After work, went off to Lot One for dinner with Jiayin and Jiali. We planned to eat at Delifrance but Alvin's mom decided to treat us to dinner. Thank you so much I am extremely grateful. Things had gotten weird between me and A&A whom we grew up together, I can't quite put a finger on what causes it. But working together had somehow broke down the barrier a little. So I'm happy it has lessen the awkwardness between us.
Walked around tried to buy something, while Jiali tried on clothes enthusiastically, in the end spent money on FOOD. Really tired I reached home at around ten plus then I just crashed onto bed.
The next day met Yimeng at Bugis for lunch at Bugis Junction. Oh my dwindling savings in cash. I can't wait to get my pay on the 15th. It is indeed really miserable to watch Yimeng happily buy shoes and a skirt while I keep telling myself ,"Wait for payday". ARRRGH. Gossiped a lot ended with food. Taiwan meesua and fried chicken. I miss Taiwan!!!!!!
Not looking forward to JC. ): Cos I will miss times like this:

Five: Missing key @ 6:35 AM
Yesterday was Sherlock Holmes. I love how beautiful the scenery/movie set looked. Everyone looks so cool and sleek in large black coats. I can't stand how pretty Rachel McAdams looks from every angle, really. Sherlock Holmes ended the movie with "Case reopened". Oh and questionable and somewhat irrelevant music blasted as the credits rolled. Actually I'd rather reread Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys mysteries. I thought they picked a rather stupid plot for a Sherlock Holmes MOVIE.
Spent time with Chan, Ang Bani and Mok talking about life. We actually got chased out of Long John Silver. I didn't know such a thing could happen though. Is that considered rude????
Today, I lost my home key and couldn't get out the house. Not even for lunch or to visit the toy museum for free with friends. ): Still lost hence I'm heavily dependent on someone with key being home.
Tomorrow, I'll work. With a new colleague who moonlights as a porn star. Hmm interesting haha no offense Jiayin. We all know you are hotness. I just wish K will be there, I want to get to know him better as a friend he seems like a really nice and different guy. Gah.
There, past, present and future.
Meanwhile,

Four: A few thousand words @ 6:07 PM
That was from the Genting trip a while ago. I need a damn vacation because I can't get enough of travelling overseas, seeing new things...
Anyway, I finished working. Yesterday was my last day of work but I'll be working again because the warehouse sales is extended. I actually grew to like that job very much. Though its not all that glamorous, the working environment is great, the people are really nice so there's not much to complain about. Can't wait. (:
I have three days worth of fallowing period. Think we are watching Sherlock Holmes tomorrow? Yesterday after work I met Jiali for dinner. Poor girl who spent a month binding calenders. I miss seeing you for so long!!! Talked a lot and it was so relaxing for me because usually I rush home after work for dinner and then I just sleep like a log all the way till the next morning whereby I rise and shine for work again.
Whoo a movie a day keeps the boredom away. I've watched these movies:

Three: Flower vases @ 5:57 AM
Hi world. Ended the 2nd day of work today. Can you believe I worked on Christmas Day without double pay. Sad right? Anyway, work is rather enjoyable because it is so easy I don't even think we deserved $5/hr judging by the amount of work we do. For girls anyway, the guys have to do a lot of moving and shifting.
Today, I met my first customer from hell. It was a really brief encounter though. She came asking, or rather ordering me to help her look for blue bedsheet set. I'm like okay, what size do you want and are you okay with flowers. I have no idea why she started chiding me like I refused to serve her or something. She went like, "Alamak I ask you to help me find it so you find it for me". Duh, I was pissed what did I do to deserve this so I just rolled my eyes and walk away to prevent myself from cursing/swearing/slapping her.
Okay but the people I work with are rather pleasant. No major problem causing bitches/ arrogant jerks or assholes. Yes so I'm rather happy. I think I'm crazy. I must be crazy. I think this china dude who works there looks kinda cute and I can't stop staring at him during work. Ah. I MUST BE CRAZY. See how tmrw goes. If I continue staring at him, I should slap myself and wake myself up.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! WAREHOUSE SALES END SUNDAY COME BUY. As if y'all will. Labels: Life

Two: Little yellow friend @ 9:00 PM
Today marks the last day of my freedom. I'm going to work tomorrow!!! Which means I will be rotting at home no more. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. So being the filial daughter that I am, I did housework today. Everything looks so neat and nice it just gives me a really pleasant feeling. (:
Yesterday, I went swimming in hope of achieving the tan Minhui got from her holiday. No luck. I'm still as yellow as ever its frustrating. Speaking of which, I really hate it when people swim the width of the swimming pool instead of the length of it. They deserve to be spanked. Irritates the hell out of me when I have to stop and let them pass.
I shall watch a movie now. "Babysitter Wanted" heard of it? I've never but it seems interesting and is reminiscent of those cliche goosebumps stories I used to read when I was younger. Then, I have to drag myself to return my long overdue library books. Maybe I'll see if Yulin is at home and I'll go catch up with her or something. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
And one day I should really go out with Genevieve and have tea at Yuxuan's house.

One @ 6:26 AM
My blog is so dead. Yes it is. Since I don't write in my diary anymore and no one reads this, I shall begin self conversation and blogging in Ah lian fashion about my day.
So today, Michelle asked me to go running with her hence causing me to skip breakfast. Still having muscle aches from yesterday. Ouch.
Then, I met Yuxuan for lunch at Orchard ION. The lunch crowd was crazy so we walked around for a while (starving) before settling for Ajisen Ramen. We were in line and up comes Jamie Yeo and her new angmoh boyfriend. You know, the DJ Jamie who was Glenn Ong's ex wife? I recalled reading about their being in love and happy marriage in 8days mag. Life is sooooo unpredictable. You think you are so in love, you tell the entire world about it, a cute guy happens to stroll by and then you decided you don't love what you love anymore.
Gossiped and talked a lot with Yuxuan over ramen, about JC, about life, about boys, about everything under the sun. Afterwards, we got sundae, shaker fries and proceeded outside to sit and enjoy the breeze in the meantime. Continued back into ION, decided Singapore is boring and our nails are too short for a manicure and headed home.
Did you know they changed the direction of the trains? Like the right side was supposed to be to Marina Bay but instead it was to Bishan, in the opposite direction. Is that even legal????? Surprisingly, I seem to be the only one on board who committed this error of not looking at directions.
Came back and watched "The Mist". The ending (of the film, the book has a different less dramatic/impactful ending) is extremely heart wrenching. The main character killed everyone with him as they had already given up hope, accepted their fate right before the mist cleared and the army tanks came and killed the spiders. OMG right????? So damn unfair. But throughout the whole film there was a whole lot of preaching and the cynics all had retribution/died/suffered. Religious much?? Pfft thanks.
Finally, a movie that is on par with the novel. Thank you so very much.

Sixteen @ 5:08 AM
Hello, I'm back from Genting and I've concluded its time for these increasing awkward and boring family outings to cease. I'm SIXTEEN!!!!! I can't believe it myself. As a birthday gift (I assume), my dad brought me into the casino which left me really disappointed because it was not as glamorous/glitzy as I expected. Gambling don't really excite me anyway when you are not a lucky person.
Time calls for a to do list when you realise you are being zero percent productive everyday
1. Find a job pronto
2. Lose weight I've gained from Taiwan and Genting combined
3. Catch up with people I've missed and don't want to lose
4. Find out when's the online Math quiz (anyone knows?)
5. Shopping
6. Watch tons of movies
7. Drinking party
8. Ponder over what I'm going to be in the future
9. Read a lot
10. Watch Beverly Hills 90210 and Glee

Au revoir @ 4:46 AM
Off to Genting Highlands. 7th-10th. I'm slightly excited because we are staying there for 4D3N. Not sure what has gotten into my parents. Hopefully I won't get too bored.
I was sniffing my hair just now cos I suddenly remembered Jiayin telling me my hair smells nice. Really? It smells like burning joss sticks to me. Yeah, it does.
Christmas is so near!!!

New Moon @ 12:51 AM
Any straight girl will be on Team Jacob. The werewolves pack have everything a girl can ask for. Six packs, bronze bods, the straight-on sexy stare, lots of testosterone, and when they transformed into their wolf forms, a fluffy soft toy to play with. It is downright obvious that Edward Cullen is a sissy. He wears blood red lipstick and a lot of foundation. Plus, he doesn't bathe, drinks blood and I bet he never brushes his teeth. Ever. Bella must have really gotten a mouthful when they made out.
I'm really looking forward to New Moon but I'm not quite sure if I should watch it online (uncut) or in the theaters (great visuals and audio). I rarely venture into the fantasy genre sort of movies. Harry Potter (Half Blood Prince) was a major letdown. New Moon SHOULD be great in comparison.
Talking about disappointment, my bro failed to obtain tickets for the Killers and hence, no more space in the standing pen. Boo. How I wish they could just come to my bedroom to play for me. That will be one darn good Christmas wish.
Anyway, I hope everyone's enjoying their holidays! I'm so NOT looking forward to JC.
(Reminder of our little innocent selfs then.) I'm gonna miss you all.
