Yesterday was Harry Potter (HBP) movie outing with aunties and a monk or self-proclaimed Holy Noob. The movie was actually rather disappointing. The series was doing rather well till the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) and it all started going downhill when the fourth movie came out. It's as if Hollywood thought wow, the kids are hormonal hurricanes now so intro the boy-girl relationships, the ogling and snogging to let the world see what they want to see. Sometimes, cheesy romance do ruin a fantasy tale, which is true in this case and I would totally choose Twilight over Harry Potter...
Anyway, during the movie, Kelly entertained me with her stupid comments. Like the scene where Draco Malfoy made an apple disappear after placing it in a strange wardrobe, she said "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Spoil the mood right? One scene ( Harry Potter please sign my book, hello I'm in the water ) made Kelly jumped and shrieked which I find it rather amusing. And also, Siman, Chingying and Xiaoyou's can't stop laughing at poor Luna in the hideous mascot suit and Ron's dorkiness during the flying broomsticks game. The one and only climax of this entire movie lasted for.. a minute? Which is when Dumbledore is falling to his death. Oh and what disgust me is that, the Half Blood Prince is none other than, Severus Snape!

After the movie, Chan rushed off for her Chinese tuition and we proceed to pig out at KFC. One minute we were talking and the next we were all laughing uncontrollably and then the second wave striked, then the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th... The greatest ROFL moment was when the Holy Noob accidently dropped her napkin, originally clammed between her nose and lips, into Kelly's unfinished pepsi light, failing to fish it out and then burst out in laughter while we stared at her. We almost ROFL literally when we saw the napkin submerged in the drink and then went on to reenact the whole scene while Chingying documented the whole thing on her camera and Kelly giggled by the side.
Oh my god, my friends are the most silly, laugh-y, noobish but extremely adorable people I will ever know. Next movie outing someday! Maybe we can catch Jennifer's Body and make ourselves feel better by laughing at the world's sexiest woman's (Megan Fox) horrible vegetable acting. Ciao while I resume my mugging. <3 Oh and I had the shock of my life (you can gauge how interesting my life is) when I reached home, receiving a call that my bro's in an ambulance. It was then I realise how fast my mom can actually sprint from the kitchen to the phone. I was super worried cos apparently he lost consciousness. 我长这么大都没有晕倒过。Will die one leh. But turned out he sat down immediately after running 5km. Of course lah. My mother was scolding him like mad. But nonetheless, glad that he is okay. (:
